What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, business name, email, and phone number.
- Business details and form answers: sales channels, inventory, products, revenue range, streaming availability, and similar answers.
- Advertising and visit information: ad click IDs (such as Google's gclid, gbraid, wbraid), UTM campaign parameters, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you.
Why we collect it
To review your application, contact you about LiveLaunch, and measure which of our ads and campaigns work.
Advertising measurement
We use Google Ads and the Google tag to measure advertising results. When you submit a form, we may report that a submission happened (with an anonymous ID) to Google. We never put your name, email, or phone number in URLs or advertising parameters.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate and work with you, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Ad click IDs stored in your browser expire after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us, or by sending the request through the application form on our homepage.
